About me
Feeling overwhelmed by the climate crisis? You’re not alone. I am here to tell you that we can still make a difference.
The climate crisis often make us feel small and powerless, but my modus operandi is to ignite joy and community to achieve decabornisation and a just transition, which are fancy ways of saying that we will cut out most of the greenhouse gases that cause climate change without leaving anyone behind.
As a Brasilian immigrant living in Finland, I experienced the barriers to engaging with climate action, and this is why I have been championing climate action on the local and global stages. I have co-founded not only one but two nonprofits connecting those at the margins of society to environmental action, and I have been mentoring, connecting, and leading projects that have empowered thousands of organisations and communities. With more than nine years of work and activism experience in sustainability and social impact, my mission is simple: everyone who wants to work with sustainability transitions deserves the space and resources to do so.
